Serap Çimen

Full biographyLawyer and mediator Serap Çimen was born in Erzurum on 31 December 1973. She graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Law in 1994.
From 1994 to 2026 she practised law in Erzurum. During this time she served actively on the Women's Rights and Children's Rights committees of the Erzurum Bar Association, supporting the protection of women's and children's rights, and was a member of the Bar's board of directors.
Throughout her career she worked as in-house counsel for several municipalities in Erzurum, Türk Telekom, TEDAŞ and Bağ-Kur, alongside her private practice.
Since 2026 she has been registered with the Yalova Bar Association, where she practises as a lawyer and mediator.
As the founding lawyer of the firm, Serap Çimen has gained experience in administrative, criminal, commercial, real estate, contract, and enforcement and bankruptcy law.
Tarık Çimen

Full biographyTrainee lawyer Tarık Çimen was born in Erzurum on 7 December 2001. Between 2016 and 2021, Çimen attended Bilkent Erzurum Laboratory School, earning the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and then the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma, with instruction in English at native level.
In 2025, Çimen graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law, having studied there on a full scholarship. During the undergraduate years, Çimen completed internships at prestigious law firms in Türkiye in intellectual property, personal data protection, real estate, employment and commercial law, and represented the European Young Lawyers Association, which holds observer status, at the General Assembly meetings of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Geneva. With advanced English and intermediate German, Tarık Çimen supports our domestic and international clients from various sectors on all legal matters and assists the office in administrative and judicial proceedings.
