Family Law
Uncontested and contested divorce, custody, alimony and matrimonial property disputes.
Family law matters have personal consequences as much as legal ones. Before starting the process, we try to clarify what the parties actually want to resolve.
In an uncontested divorce, the protocol must fully cover custody, alimony, division of property and contact arrangements; most later disputes arise from incomplete protocols. In a contested divorce, preparation of evidence shapes the course of the case.
Custody and alimony orders can be adapted later as circumstances change. If the conditions of an existing order have changed, an action for modification or termination can be filed.
